If you are a student at Hillcrest High School, submit your completed application to your counselor and follow up with them to confirm that it has been scanned and emailed to us (scholarship@jacaa.org). If you are an internal member applying for the internal scholarship, please scan and email your completed scholarship application to scholarship@jacaa.org.
